You Are Booked In

Thank you for contacting us.

We now have you booked in.Gail will call you the day before we come out. Please have your machine ready for us when we arrive. If you can’t be home when we can come. We will ask that you leave your machine in the back yard and put the money quoted in a plastic zip lock bag in your mail box or tape it to the machine.

If paying by check, make it payable to: RELIABLE YARD CARE. Cash is always preferred. Please do not put your machine or cash out until Gail calls you. We will get to you anywhere from 1-4 working days right now.

We work weather permitting. If it rains, we cannot work. Each rain day puts us a day behind.

Please make sure you try to start your machine before we come. If it doesn’t start. We need to know that so we can repair it. If we do not know it doesn’t start, then it won’t get repaired properly.

Please make sure you have gas in your machine, Do not use last year’s gas, it could be the problem. If your machine starts and runs. Don’t wait for us, go ahead and cut your grass.  You’re are not going to damage your machine or lawn. 

Remember we offer 30 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL OUR REPAIRS.
